    Fast power consumption and short standby time
    Reason analysis:
    1. There are many programs running in the background;
    2. High screen brightness;
    3. Turn on Bluetooth, GPS, WIFI and data connection, etc.
    4. The high usage of smartphones is also an important reason for the short standby time.
    5. Battery aging or battery failure
    Terms of settlement:
    1. The main interface presses HOME key to call up the most recently run program, and slides out of the background running program;

    Reason analysis:
    1. There are too many programs running in the background, which occupies too much running memory, causing the system to jam or even crash;
    2. Viruses in mobile phones;
    3. Too much data is stored on your mobile phone or too many programs are installed.
    Processing method:
    1. Exit some programs running in the background, quickly call out and exit the most recently run programs through the HOME key;
    2. Install anti-virus software to kill virus;
    3. Delete and uninstall some data and procedures.
    SIM not recognized by mobile phone
    Reason analysis:
    1. The SIM card is not properly placed;
    2. SIM card is too old;
    3. The SIM card slot is damaged;
    4. Hot-plug SIM card for mobile phone.
    Processing method:
    1. Try reinstalling the SIM card;
    2. Wipe the metal chip clean with an eraser. If it cannot be solved and other SIMs can be read, a new card is recommended.
    3. If the SIM card slot is damaged, it is recommended to return to the factory for repair.
    4. When you plug in the SIM, please do it when the mobile phone is off.

    The after-sales policies of Delan mobile phones, tablets and other products fully respect the rights and interests of consumers, provide consumers with a full range of service guarantees, and agree with consumers that Delan will provide corresponding after-sales services for products with quality problems within 7 days and warranty within one year.
     1、 Description of three guarantee period
     Delan company promises to return and exchange products with quality problems within seven days and guarantee them within one year.
     1. Delan mobile phones, tablets and other products take the delivery time as the main basis for judging the starting time of the three guarantees;
     2. For products that meet the exchange conditions and are replaced within the exchange period, the three guarantee period shall be recalculated. If the bare metal is replaced, the three guarantee period of the bare metal is recalculated, and other accessories are calculated according to the original three guarantee period;
     3. If the last day of the three guarantee period is a legal holiday, the next day of the holiday shall be the last day of the three guarantee period.

    4、Under the following circumstances, you will not be able to provide free maintenance services, and you need to pay the corresponding fees to enjoy the maintenance services of Trane: 
    1. The product exceeds the warranty period;
    2. Dismantle, repair and refit (including hardware or system software modification) without the permission and authorization of Trane;
    3. Failure to operate according to the instruction manual or connect non Deland accessories, resulting in damage or abnormal function of the mobile phone;
    4. Product failure or damage caused by accident or human factors (including flooding, cracking, falling, burning of printed circuit boards and functional devices, etc.);
    5. Wear, cracking, breaking, hole breaking, scorching and desoldering of shell components other than touch screen caused in use;
    6. Product failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, lightning, voltage instability, etc.);
    7. Using pirated software or infected with viruses to cause damage;
    5、 Precautions
    1. When returning goods, consumers should return the product itself and accessories (including packaging, accessories, etc.);
    2. Consumers should ensure that the returned products and relevant accessories (attachments) (such as chargers, data cables, instructions, etc.) are complete, and maintain the original quality and function, without damage, contamination, etc., without appearance use traces that are difficult to restore to the original state, and unreasonable personal data use traces;
    3. The outer package of the product is an integral part of the product, and it should be complete without serious damage or contamination when returned. "Outer packaging" refers to the original packaging (minimum sales unit) of the manufacturer, excluding the packaging re packaged by the logistics service provider;
    4. Please back up your personal data in advance before applying for after-sales service. Your personal data may be lost during the maintenance process, and Deland will not be responsible for the damage and loss of your personal data during the maintenance process.
